Hi,

Can anyone help me with my youngest daughter. She shows dyslexic tendencies but more so dyscalcula - difficulties with numbers and mathematics. I can help her with her reading and writing, but don't know how to help her to memorise times-tables and other maths formula. There is a system for doing mulitplication tables on your fingers, does anyone know how it works or where I can find it on the internet.

I have found the British Dyslexia Association pretty useless in our area. There are no after school clubs or places to take our daughter that can support us. It is most frustrating to watch a bright child struggle in this way.

Thanks Ebee
